Normal business hours are from 8AM-5PM Pacific Time. All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped during normal business hours only. We do not offer same-day shipping. We cannot ship to P.O boxes. Sales tax will be charged at the applicable county rate for items shipping to the following states: CA, IL.
A credit card is necessary for orders placed over the Internet. We accept payment via American Express, Mastercard or Visa. Your credit card will be billed at the time of shipping.
International shipments can only be shipped via international air. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. We cannot ship to other international addresses, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If one or more items from your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail that your order is back ordered. We do not charge your card until the item ships. We ship the in-stock items immediately and then ship the backordered items separately when they come in. If your order requires two shipments due to backorder, you will only be charged for shipping the initial order. Credit card charges for your order may appear in more than one transaction if items shipped separately. The amount of the individual charges will not exceed the amount of your original order.
Giant Merchandising will be happy to return or exchange any items that have not been washed or worn within 30 days of purchase. Please email us for a return authorization number. There is a $4.00 exchange fee required for all exchanges. You are responsible for the return freight charges. Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment are non-refundable. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we will credit you up to $3.95 for any return shipping charges you pay to return the item to us.
